Detailed design for the rehabilitation of irrigation and drainage networks in Jizzakh and Syrdarya regions
Reconstruction of the Jizzakh head collector is the main drainage channel with a length of 88 km, serving 137,000 ha. The collector runs along the territory of Zaamin, Zarbdar, Pakhtakor and Jizzakh regions. It collects water from the drainage network and sewage of residential areas, and also prevents water overflow from Jizzakh pumping stations No. 1 and No. 2 during emergency circumstances. The contract includes the construction of a new facility on the PK: 192 + 040, rehabilitation of the facility at PK: 20 + 00 and re-profiling the bottom of the channel and slopes in all sections along the entire length.
